Mikael Randel, born 1942, is the managing director of Carnegie Asset Management, Denmark. He holds an M.Sc. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MA from the University of Lund, Sweden. Before becoming a co-founder of CAM, he was the managing director of Skandifond, SE-Banken’s subsidiary for portfolio management of international equities funds. For many years, Mikael Randel has been a member of EFFAS’ (European Federation of Financial Analysts) Accounting Commission.

Bengt Seger has worked as a portfolio manager with Carnegie Asset Management since 1992, where he has held a position as Head of European Equity Investments. Previously, he was a senior analyst within international equities in the Carnegie Group 1988-1992. Prior to joining Carnegie in 1988, he worked as an analyst and a portfolio manager with Sparbanken Skåne, Sweden, 1985-1988. Born 1958, holds an MA (Law) degree and a degree in business administration from the University of Lund, Sweden.

Bo Knudsen has worked with portfolio management of global equities since 1989. He worked for five years as a portfolio manager with “Danske Capital” and ultimately held a position as Head of International Equity Investments. From 1994 to 1998 he worked as a portfolio manager with Carnegie Asset Management and after 3 years as Executive Director and Head of Equities with “Nordea Investment Management” he is back with Carnegie Asset Management. He is Chairman of the Danish Society of Financial Analysts and the Danish Society of Investment Professionals and was a member of AIMR’s global IPC committee from 1996 to 2002. Born in 1965, he holds an M.Sc. (Econ. and Bus.Adm.) degree from Aarhus School of Business and San Francisco State University.

Henrik Brandt, born 1966, was trained in Danske Bank and has completed the financing programme of Danske Bank Academy. Henrik Brandt has been employed in the field of investment since 1990 and since 1992 he has specialised in international equities. For four years he was a portfolio manager with Danske Bank, latest with Danske Capital Management as international equity portfolio manager. He continued his career with Alm. Brand with responsibility for the international equity portfolio of the company. Henrik Brandt is one of CAM’s international equity portfolio managers.

Kim Korsgaard Nielsen, born 1964, holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Financing from the Aarhus School of Business. He is one of CAM’s managers of Danish equities portfolios. Kim Korsgaard Nielsen has worked in portfolio management of both Danish and international equities since 1986. Before he came to CAM in 1998, for 4 years he held a position as head of Danish equity investments for discretionary clients as well as for the Danish Equities department of the Alfred Berg Asset Management.
Lars Wincentsen

Lars Wincentsen, born 1967, holds a Diploma in Business Administration and International Business from the Copenhagen Business School and has completed the financing programme of Danske Bank Academy. He is one of CAM’s international equities portfolio managers. Lars Wincentsen was a portfolio manager with Danske Bank for eight years and most recently held a position as Senior Portfolio Manager and head of the International Clients group of Danske Capital Management where his investment responsibilities extended to areas such as international equity portfolios.
Mogens Akselsen

Mogens Akselsen, born in 1966, holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Financing as well as an M.Sc. with dissertation in mathematical finance and economics from the Aarhus School of Business. From 1999 to 2006 he worked with emphasis on Asian equities from a regional and global perspective with Nordea Asset Management. Mogens Akselsen is working with international equities with emphasis on Emerging Markets with Carnegie Asset Management.
Morten Springborg

Morten Springborg, born 1964, holds an MA (Economics) degree from the University of Copenhagen and a master’s degree in Investment and Corporate finance from the University of Exeter. He is one of CAM’s international equities portfolio managers. Morten Springborg worked for four years as a portfolio manager with Danske Bank and ultimately held a position as Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of the International Clients group of Danske Capital Management. Most recently, Morten Springborg was with Alfred Berg Asset Management in Stockholm until 1999, in charge of pan-Nordic equity investment.
Peter Holt

Peter Holt, born in 1959, holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the Aarhus School of Business and a Diploma in Accounting from the Copenhagen Business School. Peter is one of CAM’s portfolio managers for the Danish equity portfolio's. He has worked with portfolio management since 1994. Prior to joining Carnegie Asset Management, he held a position in Nykredit Asset Management as Head of Equities.
